We are committed to the health and safety of our attendees and staff, and we are working to put rigorous plans in place for our safe return to an in-person Summit. Working with the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, we will deliver a safe event that will allow our attendees to connect and learn effectively and safely.
Proof of Vaccinated Required
All attendees, presenters, and staff will need to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated to attend the Summit in person. Communication will be coming soon on how to easily and securely submit your proof of vaccination. Please note: A negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted in lieu of proof of full vaccination.
Abiding by Guidelines
By registering for the Summit, all in-person attendees agree to abide by the federal, state, and local guidelines relative to COVID-19, as well as any additional precautions deemed necessary by Summit planners at the time of the event. This may include, but is not limited to, obtaining a negative COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours prior to the Summit, social distancing, the wearing of face coverings, hand sanitation, daily health questionnaires, or other health and safety precautions.

Are in-person attendees required to be vaccinated?
All in-person attendees, presenters, and staff must provide proof that they are fully vaccinated. Unvaccinated attendees will only be able to participate remotely.

What does “fully vaccinated” mean?
All in-person attendees are required to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated. Per the CDC, a person is considered fully vaccinated
- Two weeks after receiving their second dose in a two-dose series, such as with the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, or
- Two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine, such as the Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
You must be fully vaccinated by March 12, 2022, to be eligible to attend the conference.
What are the protocols for international attendees?
Full vaccination is defined by the attendee’s country of origin. International in-person attendees must follow their country of origin requirements and current CDC testing guidelines when traveling to the United States. Per the CDC:
Before arriving in the United States, all air passengers coming to the United States, including U.S. citizens and fully vaccinated people, are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result no more than three days before travel or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the past three months before they board a flight to the United States.
After travel, international visitors must
- Get tested with a viral test 3–5 days after travel
- Self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms; isolate and get tested if you develop symptoms
- Follow all state and local recommendations or requirements after travel
Will there be accommodations for those who cannot be vaccinated due to religious or medical reasons?
For the 2022 Summit, we are requiring in-person attendees to show proof of vaccination. Unvaccinated attendees may participate in the Summit remotely.
