Jacqueline de Guzman is senior project manager of the project management & program support group and assistant director of professional education offerings. She manages various aspects of the programs including project planning, budgets, and events. Before joining the Foundation, she worked in fund development and community relations raising critical funds for health and human services organizations in Santa Clara County. She also worked in public policy and advocacy helping to bring awareness and spearheading campaigns to increase early learning opportunities for children and families in Hawaii. She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and a M.B.A. from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
